Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Massachusetts to join our store leadership team. You will work under the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales through effective merchandising and programs.

This role requires at least one year of retail management; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. You will train, coach, and motivate employees, manage cash handling and fuel transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe store

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrate strength in retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring in-stock products.
