Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a community-focused store. You will drive sales, manage operations, and coach Team Members in Casey's Way, ensuring consistent service and quality.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with district leadership to execute Store Action Plans. A strong ownership mindset and flexible hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members as a coach and mentor.
