Job summary

The Children's Place is seeking a Store Lead in San Marcos, TX to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty. Responsibilities

• Lead cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Train associates and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Support Store Manager with performance issues for associates.
• Provide feedback to maintain a positive store environment.
• Assist with payroll processing and scheduling adjustments.
• Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Uphold CRE standards and store safety.
