The Children's Place in Katy, Texas is seeking a Store Lead who will support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD).

You will engage customers, uphold store standards, coach associates, and contribute to store profitability through effective scheduling, payroll, and teamwork while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment with direct, objective feedback in a timely manner.
• Assess performance and provide appropriate feedback daily and during annual reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain brand standards.
• Represent the company professionally and drive store profitability while leveraging payroll.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure CRE standards & safety.
