Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Train and coach associates to develop talent and address performance.
• Assist Store Manager and lead on duty with operations and staffing.
• Lead customer engagement and ensure brand standards on the sales floor.
• Support payroll processing, scheduling, and stockroom organization.
• Represent The Children's Place professionally to drive store profitability.
