Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago seeks a Store Operations Leader to direct daily goals, manage associate work plans, and ensure policy adherence across shifts. You will help maintain POS and donation coverage, monitor quality, and drive a safe, compliant store environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, accountability, and effective communication. Flexibility for varied schedules and a commitment to community engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or production environment preferred.
• Forklift certification if required at site.
• Ability to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs tasks such as associate break schedules and daily production.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor production quality and guide team to meet goals.
• Serve as service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain safe, orderly work environment and safe equipment operation.
• Communicate and implement policies; report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns promptly.
• Address safety/security concerns as needed.
• Plan and manage own work to complete routine duties; adapt to change.
• Handle routine requests with basic knowledge of procedures.
• Engage with community as Goodwill ambassador.
• Address miscellaneous duties as assigned.
