Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices

Responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to set and maintain sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all associates
• Manage metrics across sales, visuals, safety, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling budgets
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to set direction and priorities
• Coach leaders to develop store talent and performance
• Address associate relations issues with Area/Regional Leader support
• Foster collaboration across channels and departments
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store operations on the sales floor
• Be the Store Leader on Duty multiple times per week
