Formación

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English and effective communication.
• Ability to manage store operations, schedules and budgets.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and coach teams.
• Comfort working on the sales floor and with customers.
• Demonstrated collaboration across departments and channels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to set and maintain sales, service and visual standards for all associates.
• Guide store goals, communicate company mission, and drive initiatives with the team.
• Manage metrics including sales, safety, payroll, scheduling, and training.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to set direction and priorities for the store.
• Coach leaders to create individual development plans and address associate relations issues.
• Communicate with area/regional management and participate in meetings and calls.
• Foster collaboration, teamwork, and safe, efficient operations on the floor.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and excellent service.
