Crate and Barrel is seeking a Store Leader in Burlington, MA to drive results through a high-performing team and exceptional customer experiences. You will plan and prioritize daily operations to achieve topline results while managing expenses and building a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation.

The role emphasizes coaching future leaders, aligning teams to company initiatives, and maintaining strong metrics across sales, service, safety, and payroll.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders in setting and maintaining sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals and standards for all associates.
• Guide, align and communicate store business goals, mission, initiatives to all store associates.
• Establish and communicate metrics for sales, safety, payroll, scheduling, training and budgets.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to set direction and priorities for the store.
• Coach leaders to create development plans and address associate relations issues.
• Be the Leader on Duty several times per week and interact with customers and staff to run daily operations smoothly.
