Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Zebra PDA, POS systems, MS Office, and payroll/scheduling software.
• Able to work mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, and managing talent of a diverse range of associates.
• Championing credit and loyalty programs and educating guests on benefits.
• Lead store merchandising, product flow, inventory, and store operations to maintain brand experience.
• Use business reports to drive decisions and hold teams accountable for performance.
• Maintain operational accuracy, processes, and workload efficiency.
• Understand and use company software, systems, and procedures.
