Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach management and associates to drive performance.
• Recruit, select, and manage a diverse range of associates and leaders.
• Drive total store sales and profitability; lead guest-centric culture.
• Lead merchandising direction, product flow, and signage to ensure brand consistency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
