Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability while leading a guest-focused culture.
• Recruit, select and manage development of diverse associates and leaders.
• Coach, train, evaluate, and retain management and staff.
• Execute merchandising direction, product flow and signage to maintain brand standards.
• Utilize Zebra PDA, POS and scheduling software to manage operations.
