Bealls Bucyrus, OH seeks a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will coach and develop managers and associates, recruit talent, and drive store sales while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll manage merchandising, inventory, and operations, ensuring accurate processes and exceptional guest experiences. Expect a collaborative environment with opportunities to grow your leadership skills, oversee schedules including nights and weekends, and promote Bealls' credit and loyalty

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-building and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
