Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Support training effectiveness by coaching team members and gathering feedback.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract high-caliber candidates aligning with mission and values.
• Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools.
• Serve as liaison between hiring leaders and candidates, managing communication.
• Master scheduling to align associate availability with business needs.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs.
