Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a track record of building diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations and staffing needs to support guest experience.
• Relentless Guest First mentality and energetic leadership to inspire others.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• A living embodiment of the brand culture and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Support training effectiveness by coaching team members and gathering feedback.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with our mission and values.
• Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools.
• Serve as primary liaison between hiring leaders and candidates, managing requisitions and communication.
• Master scheduling to balance availability with business needs for peak engagement.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs for skills, guest experience, product knowledge, and excellence.
