Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth. You will work as part of the store leadership team, guiding sales and operations to maintain brand standards and a high-energy customer environment.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to coach and motivate teams, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits, shipment receipts, and disseminating directives.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling with Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
