You will lead by example, coach teams, manage daily operations, and ensure safe, engaging store environments while upholding our values and brand standards. This role requires strong leadership and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to coach and de-escalate.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set daily shift goals and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
