Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback.
• Communicate expectations and guide store operations, merchandising, and company direction to teams.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues to deliver a high quality experience.
