Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, drive sales targets, and manage daily store operations, merchandising, and guest interactions to reflect our brand values.

In this role, you’ll develop talent, monitor performance, and collaborate with leadership on achieving goals while ensuring compliance and a welcoming in-store

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets and improve customer experience.
• Manage daily store operations and merchandising per planograms.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly sales goals with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to close sales and handle customer flow.
• Monitor inventory, restock shelves, ensure store uptime and security.
• Open/close store and oversee customer transactions and issue resolution.
• Lead store opening/closing activities and maintain cleanliness.
