Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets, financials, and merchandising to create an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or wireless preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations and merchandising.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals for the sales team.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to hit quotas.
• Manage cash handling, reporting, and compliance; coordinate with facilities/IT as needed.
• Ensure store up-time and inventory control; maintain store cleanliness and security.
• Lead planogram adherence and merchandising strategies.
• Execute store opening/closing activities and drive target attainment.
