You will manage daily store operations, drive sales performance, merchandising, and floor presence while ensuring targets are met and customers feel valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or leadership in retail
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and coach sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales targets and quotas while managing daily store operations
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, cash handling and store cleanliness
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance against targets
• Provide training and development plans to close skill gaps and improve performance
• Open/close store procedures and manage escalations from customers and staff
