Yesway is seeking a Store Level position in Farmington, NM. Full-time role supporting store management with supervision, scheduling, and daily operations. The candidate will help ensure guest hospitality and regulatory compliance while monitoring store profitability.

Responsibilities include staff training, shift planning, issue resolution, and inventory/merchandising oversight. Eligible applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior supervisory experience in retail or food

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities;
• Schedule employees for shifts;
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns;
• Ensure compliance with required regulations;
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise;
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions;
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
