Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures and various operational indicators.
