Yesway is seeking a Store Level position in Deming, NM. This full-time role supports the Store Manager with training, scheduling, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include audits, stock placement, and maintaining profitability through end-of-day procedures and shrinks. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and prefer at least one year of supervising experience in fast food, retail, or convenience settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
