Job summary

Yesway- is seeking a store supervisor to assist the Store Manager in training staff and managing daily store operations in New Mexico. The role covers scheduling, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high guest hospitality and accurate inventory and audits.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and preferably one year of supervising experience in retail, fast food, or hospitality. Company benefits are offered to eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• Experience: One year supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
