Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage payroll and costs, and ensure excellent donor and customer service.

You will supervise staff, coordinate training, handle complex transactions, and partner with other GCNA stores as needed. This on-site role requires retail management experience and a strong customer-service focus, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One-year retail management experience required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve sales targets and budget.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers and resolves issues.
