Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations and support the Store Manager across GCNA locations. You will drive plans to meet income, revenue and production goals while maintaining brand standards and community engagement.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor and supports store manager.
• Develops and executes retail operations plans to meet income, revenue and production goals.
• Monitors inventory, payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers; de-escalates issues when needed.
• Partners with other stores and departments to meet business needs and training.
• Acts as key holder, closing shift manager and back-up to Store Manager.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
