Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in prestige beauty, with brands across skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care. We are seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

Qualifications

Proven retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Experience in setting sales targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
Experience in retail operations including inventory and facilities management.
Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Experience creating and executing in-store events.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to meet sales and service targets.
Develop and execute the store business plan and staffing schedules.
Drive customer relationship management and plan in-store events to attract customers.
Oversee store operations, including inventory and facilities management.
