Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive operational excellence and engage our team in Munich, delivering the brand’s premium service at every customer interaction.

You will own floor operations, coach staff on a customer-centric approach, manage stock and merchandising topics, and analyze daily KPIs to enable positive performance changes. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium/high-touch service environments.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking abilities.
• Experience delivering technical or operational training to diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence and reflectiveness on performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
