Job summary

Adidas in the United States seeks a Store Manager who drives sales, service, and operational excellence on the floor. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, coach performance, and lead the implementation of adidas Retail Standards to deliver a premium customer experience.

You will lead store profitability, monitor KPIs, and partner with district leadership to optimize product availability and store routines. Strong English, leadership, and retail acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 18 months experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment with a minimum 12 months of Store Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development efforts in the store in partnership with HR and Retail Training.
• Create a high-performance culture by setting expectations and giving feedback, including managing underperformance.
• Lead service culture and drive selling on the sales floor with a strong customer focus.
• Oversee store operations per adidas Retail Operating Rhythms and ensure policy compliance.
