Responsibilities

• Act as the owner of the fan experience, building a relationship-first mindset and ensuring data capture informs future actions.
• Create business strategies that drive operational excellence, profitability, and team productivity.
• Partner to execute a community engagement program that energizes the local brand while delivering elevated experiences.
• Set and uphold premium standards in in-store merchandising, product mix, and floor execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through strategic hiring, coaching, and empowering autonomy.
• Demonstrate empathy to support team well-being and address challenges.
• Plan and oversee training programs to deliver WOW and master operational topics.
