On is seeking a Store Leader in Newport Beach to own the store's health and WOW customer journey. You will be the strategic owner of the full store ecosystem, blending community energy with an elevated, premium experience for every fan interaction.

Reporting to the Area Leader, you will drive commercial results, oversee merchandising and product mix, and lead a high-performing team with empathetic leadership and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 6+ years of retail leadership experience in premium or high-growth brands.
• Expert in customer-centric operations leveraging data and personal connections.
• High emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the store's customer experience from WOW moments to data capture.
• Drive profitability, operational excellence, and team productivity.
• Lead community engagement and local brand energy.
• Oversee in-store merchandising, product mix, and premium execution.
• Hire, coach, and empower store leadership and frontline staff.
• Plan and oversee training to deliver WOW and manage operations.
