Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Park City, UT to lead a sales team and create outstanding customer experiences in-store. You will coach the team, drive sales targets, and own daily operations, merchandising, and financials to ensure a premier guest experience.

Formación

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Talent management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Providing training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Own the store's daily sales strategy and scorecard to coach in the moment.
• Running store operations — staffing, cash handling, compliance, and opening/closing activities.
• Model the Victra standard and greet customers on the floor to deliver exceptional service.
