Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. The Assistant General Manager leads a store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, coach sales specialists, and drive performance across sales targets, store merchandising, and daily operations.

You will coach one-on-one, own personal and team performance metrics, and supervise activities in the GM’s absence, ensuring a smooth, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring decisions to recruit top talent and develop the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage store flow.
• Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Own personal sales performance and coach the team to exceed targets.
• Manage store operations, including finance, cash handling, and compliance; support opening/closing.
