Job summary

Victra is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Verizon Authorized Retailer store in a fast-paced sales environment. You will coach the team, drive sales targets, and own day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and mentor staff, manage scheduling and store metrics, and ensure brand standards are upheld. The role is hourly and requires leadership in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive overall sales performance.
• Coach and develop sales consultants to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and talent development for the store team.
• Monitor daily metrics and adjust staffing, promotions, and planograms.
• Ensure brand compliance and maintain store standards.
