Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. An Assistant General Manager leads a store team, coaches sales specialists, and drives targets while handling daily operations and merchandising to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will own your numbers, empower your team, and model performance on the sales floor, shaping store success through leadership and hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Experience leading a team to achieve sales goals and metrics.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Talent Management — selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent; interview decisions and coaching.
• Results Driven — own and drive store numbers; manage daily metrics and scorecards.
• Running store operations — staffing, banking, cash handling, compliance, opening/closing.
• Customer Focus — lead by example on floor, resolve issues, ensure great guest experiences.

• Change Management — roll out merchandising changes and guide teams through the shift.
