Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Peoria, AZ. You will lead daily sales floor operations, drive customer service excellence, and oversee inventory, donations, and staff development to support our mission of ending unemployment.

The role requires retail management and customer service experience, with opportunities to travel between GCNA locations and participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• One year of retail management experience required.
• One year of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a GCNA Goodwill store.
• Manages store operations, customer service, payroll and budgeting.
• Oversees inventory, donations processing, training and development of team members.
• Ensures store cleanliness, brand standards, and community engagement.
• Acts as key holder and backup to Store Manager; coordinates travel to other locations.
