Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations and drive store performance at GCNA locations in Arizona. You will manage production, customer service, staffing, and training to meet budget goals and uphold Goodwill standards.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and customer service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and English. Willingness to travel between GCNA stores is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.
• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Acts as a key holder for the store and backup to the Store Manager.
• Transfers to different stores as needed to support business needs.
