Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tempe to lead the daily operations of the sales floor at the McClintock store. You will coach Team Members, supervise cash handling, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while meeting budgeted goals.

Starting pay is $47,000 per year with a monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,000. The role requires retail management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel to other GCNA locations may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Monitors product levels and budgets to achieve sales targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day store operations and trains team members.
