Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales floor operations to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Leads and develops Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintains store standards, inventory, and daily reporting, including deposits when applicable.
• Ensures security, health, and safety policies are followed and staff are trained.
• Coordinates with other stores as needed to meet business needs.
