Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Goodyear to lead daily sales floor operations, drive performance, and deliver excellent donor and customer service while modeling Goodwill core values.

In this full-time role, you will supervise team members, manage payroll and expenses to budget, and collaborate with support areas. A High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in retail management plus MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor at a GCNA store to meet financial goals.
• Monitors inventory, payroll, and expenses to align with budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and shoppers, and de-escalates issues.
• Travels to other GCNA locations as needed for coverage and training.
