As an Assistant Store Manager at Lids, you will be the heart of the store, driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Create a respectful, inclusive team environment and enforce brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including coverage for peak periods.
• Lead selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
