Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Aurora, IL to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and performance to uphold brand standards and a high-energy shopping experience.

The role focuses on team leadership, store performance, and customer engagement within a fast-paced retail environment at a premier licensed sports retailer.

Formación

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced store.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goals.
• Administer progressive discipline when the Store Manager is absent.
• Create a fun, productive, inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, manage peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations.
• Protect company assets and inventory.
