Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Train and manage store associates using LIDS Training Programs with goal setting and follow-up.
• Schedule and staff the store effectively to cover peaks and ensure store needs are met.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and conduct daily till operations and audits.
• Support inventory control and merchandising, including backroom organization and VM changes.
