Job summary

Lids Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on delivering top customer service and strong sales performance. You will supervise staff, coach teams, manage scheduling, training, and inventory whilst ensuring a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

As a district-facing role, you will report to the District Sales Manager and collaborate across channels, drive the selling strategy, and implement company initiatives in-store.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding and developing staff.
• Ability to plan schedules and manage store operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and merchandizing processes.
• Experience coaching teams and driving performance.
• Able to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store experience.
• Plan schedules, payroll and store budget adherence.
