Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service at our store. You will be responsible for coaching the team, managing schedules, and maintaining brand standards while ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for fans.

As a key member of the store leadership, you will contribute to achieving KPIs, executing merchandising plans, and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver sales results while maintaining store standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates using company programs and goals.
• Ensure discipline processes are followed in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Create a fun, productive, inclusive environment aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and recruit/training activities as needed.
• Support cash handling, inventory accuracy, and store audits.
