Job summary

Bath & Body Works, a leading fragrance and personal care retailer, seeks a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver consistent customer experiences. You will lead a team, execute store plans, and drive sales while modeling our values.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure safety and reset standards. This on-site role requires flexibility for peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Past supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-focused selling culture and strong communication.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead store operations as aligned with Store Manager.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to execute action plans.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for associates.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety and store cleanliness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
