Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of retail management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and address performance issues.
