Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Massachusetts. You will lead daily store operations, drive customer-focused service, and supervise staff to meet sales and service goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain brand standards, manage schedules, and develop a positive, inclusive team environment while ensuring loss prevention and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Establish ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
