Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily activities, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies while driving sales and maintaining inventory accuracy.

In this role, you will lead by example, foster a fun and inclusive work environment, and contribute to achieving KPIs. The position reports to the Store Manager and requires a passion for retail and team

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of working autonomously and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on duty and oversee scheduling when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store staff using LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and uphold brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Manage store operations including cash handling, inventory, and compliance procedures.
• Support recruiting and development of team members to sustain store performance.
